logo Time & Chaos lets you organize and maintain the one thing that most people never seem to have enough of--TIME! HA! HA! HA! And you thought I was going to say money It is perhaps the best Professional Time Management program I have used in a long time. Since it is shareware makes it even better, because it is not one of those professional $300.00 - $500.00 packages that takes a month of training to even begin to use it.

 You can download the program, but be sure and register it.

 Time & Chaos takes about 5 minutes to load up and will be more or less depending on your individual system. When you are done installing and begin the program it shows you the four windows; all at the same time; to organize your time to YOUR best advantage:

  1. Appointments you need to make;
  2. To Do listing;
  3. Telephone listing and
  4. A calendar for the current month, which can be changed, forward or backward, one month or one year at a time, simply by clicking on the arrows, automatically displaying the Appointments and To Do listings as the dates change
One excellent feature is the drag and drop; which you can do from Telephone listing to Appointments and/or To Do list and from Appointments to To Do and To Do to Appointments and there are other combinations also, and if it doesn’t display the correct time frame for the appointment it’s easy to change

. This program is so easy to use that it requires almost no documentation, But if you need it there is more than sufficient on-line help and also a readme.txt file.

 The only flaw I found with it is when you want to schedule the same event for the same day in each month. Time and Chaos will let you schedule for the same date but not the same day. If anyone finds a way around that I would appreciate knowing how you did it. Hopfully it’s only an attribute I overlooked.
