When I graduated from college in 1971 I was told that I had only
begun the learning process. How true that was. Over the years I have found
life to be an adventure in learning. I am living proof that you can teach
an old dog new tricks. In keeping with this month’s theme, below is some
shareware and freeware dedicated to training and education.
Fitness Training Manual 6.7, designed for the trainer or client, is an e-book manual that includes information on nutrition, aerobics, weight training, and medical releases, as well as a muscle and exercise cross-reference guide. It features an anatomy chart and consent and physician's release forms for getting started. It also includes a new kickboxing section, updated health information, certification forms, and tests. Changes in version 6.7 include optimized graphics for a much smaller file size, as well as updated Tables and forms. This download contains the new e-book version, which does not require Microsoft Word or Wordviewer. This update features minor enhancements and bug fixes and an expanded nutrition section. Police Tactical Training is the training that you learn for your survival on the streets. So before you walk the beat and start reading bad guys their rights, you need to prove yourself worthy.
